Photography - personal work

Even though I enjoy photography very much, I'm not the sort who has the time to spend endless hours on personal photographic projects, and a lot of this stuff is really not a lot more than casual opportune photography, taken because I happen to be at a particular place at a particular time. However short this opportunites might be, I still like to be creative, and it ends up being a relief from commercial work, where often it has to conform to a particular style. <<<Back to portfolio

Personal photography projects

Here's a rough collecton of a few things I've done lately for my own amusement. This ranges from some of the more meticulous composite images, where I've combined many original individual shots into the one work, to most of the single images, many of which are just given 5 minutes of RAW processing before being finalised. These are just mainly shots I've taken recently where something catches my eye (and when I happen to be carrying a camera!).

Travel shots

Some recent photos of my trip to China, including hiking up the mountain of Emei Shan. Beautiful but incredibly cold and snow swept! I didn't take too many photos, as my hands were chilled through, but here's a couple below.
